The Importance of Diverse Programming in Our Chamber

At the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce, we're deeply committed to fostering the success of our entire region, from large corporations to solo entrepreneurs working from their homes. Our mission is to offer a diverse range of programs that cater to the varied needs of our members. We believe that when our business community thrives and collaborates for the greater good, the communities where we live and work will flourish. We encourage you to engage with our programs, volunteer, join a cohort, or share your expertise. Together, we can make a meaningful impact.

Types of Events

Networking Open Houses

We love getting together, and this type of event is a great way to learn more about other businesses in the area.

We meet at the host's business, have open networking, do introductions, draw a door prize, and then go back to networking.

  • Business Breakfast Networking

  • Afterhours Business Networking

Speed Networking

Looking for a fun and structured way to get to know others? We love to have fun and this is a way to shake up how you network.

You'll be paired with several people over the course of the evening for a set interval of time depending on the number of attendees, when time is up you change network partners.

We also do fun get to know you games in between as well. It is a lot of fun!

Business Roundtable

Are you looking for additional support? Our Business Roundtable is a great place to discuss areas for improvement in your business, help others with their business, and be held accountable for your progress.

Our Business Roundtable is Business Coach facilitated, meets monthly, and is an additional fee.

$98/year for members

$149/year for non-members

Professional Development

We have a lot of knowledge and talent in our chamber. Our Professional Development series allows us to bring in speakers from inside and outside of our chamber on subjects that will help our members improve their businesses or personal lives in some way. We've had people speak on everything from Marketing to Financial Planning.

If you'd like to share your expertise with our chamber, please reach out. Please note that all of our speaking opportunities are volunteer based only.

Referral Networking Group

One of the best things you can do for your business is get out and network, building referral partnerships. A referral partnership is when someone else actively looks for opportunities to bring you business.

This group meets two times a month and is limited to 1 business per industry type.

Once your application is approved the yearly fee is $149/year.

Collaborative Events

We will often partner with the different towns and business/ nonprofit groups in our region. We invite our members to take advantage of these collaborative community events. Some examples of these events:

 

  • Government Information Sessions

  • Town supported Pop-up Shop Initiatives

  • Restaurant Weeks

  • Fairs, Flings, & Fests

Fall Fest

October 2024

Join us as we join forces with Dirigible Brewery in Littleton for a fun evening this fall for our favorite flavors and brews. Featuring Dirigibles amazing brews, local food trucks, and great music. 

Gala Awards Dinner  | Annual Meeting

December 2024

Join us as we celebrate the fantastic people in our region. We start with an online auction to raise money for our College Fund and the Chamber, eat fabulous food, network, and then join as we present awards to amazing people in our region. 

Professional Women's Networking Events

The PWN Group meets a few times a year for a big celebration. Here are a few of the upcoming events:

Middlesex West Foodie Fest

Early Spring 2025

Using our interactive map, we invite you to join our Foodie Fest as you get to taste some amazing restaurants in our area. Get points for each visit on the map and get prizes along the way. Share with your friends and see who can collect the most points all while helping our local businesses.

Peppermint Trail

November - December 2024

Join us this holiday season as we support our regional businesses by launching our first interactive trail, full of fun ways to win prizes while you shop and support our local businesses.

Summer Vendor Fair—Get ready for your summer with great information and products from our members. Taste food from local food trucks and have fun gathering with others in the community.
